As all our products are food items, they are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened or used, for hygiene and quality reasons. However, your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re here to help in case of any genuine issues.

1. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the product.
Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.

2. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, we’re unable to cancel or modify the order. Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the purchase. Please allow time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing time.
